Villa Ece & Yiğit

Villa Ece & Yiğit is a holiday home in the countryside of Akıncı, Ortaca, halfway between Fethiye and Marmaris. Finished in 2023, it is built in an L: the living room and both bedrooms look onto the pool and the garden.

The garden and pool are fully screened from the outside; no one can see in. It was made for honeymooners, families with children and small groups of friends.

Pool, hot tub and garden

Beside the 7 × 3.5 metre pool, 1.50 metres deep, there is a shallow 2 × 3.5 metre children’s pool and an outdoor hot tub joined to the pool. Sun loungers and a shaded gazebo by the water; a barbecue, garden seating, a swing and toys for children in the garden. The pool and garden are cleaned early every morning.

Inside

The fully equipped kitchen has everything down to a dishwasher, a washing machine, a filter coffee maker and a toaster. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom: one has a double bed, the other two singles. The two sofas in the living room become beds; with a folding bed (for a fee) the villa sleeps seven. Air conditioning in every room and the living room, free wi-fi and Netflix.

Sarıgerme beach is 10 km away, İztuzu (Turtle) beach 15 km, Göcek 20 km and Fethiye 45 km; Dalaman airport is only 15 km. The nearest shop is 500 metres away, a large supermarket 1 km; partner restaurants deliver to the villa.
